A little about me
If you are reading this, you are curious to find out more about me. Which is awesome, so hi! I have been a full time realtor in Asheville for over 7 years. Prior to that I was in charge of operations for a tech start up out of California, and prior to that I was a birth doula! While those careers may seem like they don’t belong to the same person, I assure you they do… and not only that, they perfectly encompass who I really am. Highly organized and analytical yet totally relationship focused and intuitive. A fierce negotiator and loyal advocate. A believer in tough love and deep compassion. I bring all of this to real estate and the clients I support. I grew up in Connecticut outside of NYC, had a brief stint in the Chicago area and a long stretch in Boulder, CO where I met my husband Stuart. We moved to Asheville in 2009 with our daughter Neva who is in high school. We have a chocolate lab named Marlie and probably a few dust bunnies. My love language is humor and spreadsheets. I paint a little every day, I love art, theatre, museums, and all things creative. I equally love order, information, documentaries, non-fiction, and facts! I have also always loved real estate. For as long as I can remember I would keep my finger on the pulse of the market. I frequented Open Houses just for fun, took advantage of studio tours, historic home tours, garden tours….. you get the picture. Lucky for me I married an architect who has the same obsession and off we went into our building obsessed future. I am thrilled to hang my license at HomeSource Realty. Beth and I met The First Day of Real Estate School, and we have been ‘two windows on a house’ ever since. (That is my bad alternative to ’two peas in a pod”) She has been not only a business partner, but trusted and deeply loved friend. We are excited to continue doing great things together at HomeSource. Reach out if you want to talk Real Estate.. I always want to talk about Real Estate.. like all ways.
