A little bit about me...
I have always had a passion for real
estate and have been investing in, renovating and managing properties for ~15
years. I have been involved in numerous real estate transactions and projects
where I’ve learned so much about the many nuances of property buying and
selling, as well as renting (short and long term) and renovation.
My personal real estate endeavors
typically involve buying a property with good bones, renovating it and turning
it into a successful rental property, then selling it and doing it all over
again! I love educating my clients on the intricacies of the rental market,
using services such as AirBnb and property management companies, what to look
out for when buying and how to maximize their profits when selling.
I have a BFA in Communication Arts and
have a background in Marketing and Design, which is extremely valuable in the
real estate world. I aim to help my clients reap the benefits of a properly
designed and marketed property. I am proud to say that I’ve had the highest
grossing sale in two buildings in which I sold condos, because of my keen eye
for renovation, marketing, design and staging. Additionally, I’ve helped
clients increase their rental income up to 500% by helping them modernize their
rental property and market it properly. I have a way with seeing the potential
in properties and I love helping my clients see the possibilities as well.
I am thrilled to work with anyone including first time home buyers, property investors, and sellers and have much
to offer in any transaction. I will be your advocate and I will
fight for you as if it were my own transaction. I will work hard to get the
most desirable outcome. I am very easy to work with and will be there for you
every step of the way. I am insanely organized and determined, and I stay on top of all the
details so that you can feel confident that nothing gets overlooked.
In my spare time I venture out into the
wilderness with my 3 dogs, practice yoga, and work in my yard or on my house—I
always have a project going on!
